This document has been developed by the META-Medicine Collective and outlines the META-Medicine® standards and certification designations.

The Intl. Meta-Medicine Association functions as the worldwide accreditation and educational governing body for META-Medicine health coaches and trainers. Each Master Trainer is independently responsible for his/her trainings based on the standard agreed upon and for bringing trainees up to certification standards.

To ensure high quality standards worldwide, the names and designations “META-Medicine®”, META-Medicine® Practitioner or MM-P, META-Medicine® Health Coach or MM-HC, “META-Medicine® Master Health Coach or MM-MHC, META-Medicine Trainer or MM-T, META-Medicine Trainer or MM-MT and IMMA can only be used after certification by IMMA.

CERTIFICATION LEVELS

A META-Medicine trainee is anyone who started the certification training. After completing of a certification training and fulfilling all certification requirements you may apply for the following META-Medicine certifications and designations. Please contact your META-Medicine Master Trainer and ask him/her to request certification via IMMA.

META-MEDICINE® CERTIFICATION LEVELS

META-Medicine Practitioner (MM-P)

A) TRAINING: The META-Medicine® Practitioner Training (MM-P) includes a minimum of 125 hours:

• Extensive pre-study and home study
• In-classroom training with focus on META-Medicine analysis, mind-body-social connection and 9 points and phases of all dis-ease.
• At least 5 client cases (submitted to directory after trainer approval)
• IMMA membership is required at start of certification training
• Ongoing support with Q & A meetings to deepen analysis skills

B) REQUIREMENTS: META-Medicine Practitioner (MM-P) demonstrates ability to understand and integrate META-Medicine analysis and concepts including:

• Explain clearly and precisely what META-Medicine® is and what it is not
• Understand the META-Medicine principles and organ-mind-brain-social connection
• Interact with client with an integrative approach and in partnership with client's medical doctor and other health professionals
• Explanation of the two phases and nine points to the client – including tracks
• Establishing the emotional, stress based root cause of the issue.
• Focus on wellness and the outcome rather than illness.
• Establish client learning lessons and set positive goals.
• Create awareness for client with focus on what a client can do daily to create a healthy lifestyle.
• META-Medicine Health Coaches always work in conjunction with medical doctors or other alternative/complimentary practitioners for maximum healing support.

C) CERTIFICATION: After completion of training and showing competence in META-Medicine analysis, mind-body-social connection and 9 points and phases of all dis-ease, trainees request certification with IMMA by submitting the Online META-Medicine Practitioner evaluation form.

META-Medicine Health Coach (MM-HC)

A) TRAINING: META-Medicine® Health Coach Certification Training (MM-HC) includes a minimum of 250 hours:

• Extensive pre-study and home study during training
• In-classroom training with focus on advanced META-Medicine analysis and the soul-utions and health coaching process
• Practical experience with clients in own practice (6+ months)
• At least 10 client cases (submitted to directory after trainer approval)

B) REQUIREMENTS: META-Medicine Health Coach (MM-HC) demonstrates ability to embody and apply META-Medicine analysis and health coaching concepts, skills and techniques and utilize them competently with self and with others.

• Advanced understanding of the META-Medicine principles and organ-mind-brain-social connection especially META-Medicine diagnostics/analysis
• In-depth understanding of bodymind reactions and the two phases and nine points – including tracks
• Establishing the criteria for the conflict shock, the mind, body, spirit, social and environmental changes that occurred during the dis-ease process.
• In-depth explanation of the whole disease process to the client, why they got the disease, how it happened, what caused it to occur, what triggers it again and again, where they are in the process, what will happen next and what changes, transformations and soul-utions are necessary for a complete healing to take place.
• Trained in a trauma-conflict-trigger resolution method like EFT, TFT, EMDR
• Trained in communcations techniques (like NLP, etc.)
• Formulate with client an integrative health plan by using all the data compiled especially from the underlying pattern and the content of the conflict shock or triggers with the ultimate goal to create soul-utions.
• The integrative health plan should be bio-psycho-social in nature and include methods to strengthen the body, ways to let go of negative emotions and conflicts, effective ways to change underlying damaging behaviors and creating awareness of the social and environmental impact to achieve health.

C) CERTIFICATION: After completion of training and demonstrating excellence in META-Medicine analysis and proficiency in health coaching skills, trainees request certification with IMMA by submitting the Online META-Medicine Health Coach evaluation form.

META-Medicine Master Health Coach (MM-MHC)

A) TRAINING: The META-Medicine® Master Health Coach Certification Training (MM-MHC) includes a minimum of 500 hours

• Attending advanced META-Medicine trainings with focus on META-Medicine analysis, health coaching and therapy process
• Extensive practical experience with clients in own practice (2+ years)
• Contributes substantially to advancing META-Medicine (writes regular articles, improves techniques or models, etc.)
• Being considered by peers as an authority in META-Medicine

B) REQUIREMENTS: META-Medicine Master Health Coach (MM-MHC) demonstrates excellence and mastery in META-Medicine analysis, health coaching and therapy.

• In-depth study of organs and symptoms incl. healing strategies
• In-depth understanding and practical experience in root cause diagnostics (conflict shock, triggers, emotions, patterns)
• Extensive experience in personal practice with clients (over 1 year)
• Demonstrating ability to create soul-utions and personal transformations
• Advanced strategies for successful health coaching skills and techniques

C) CERTIFICATION: After completion of trainings and showing excellence in META-Medicine analysis and excellence in health coaching, trainees request certification with IMMA by submitting the Online META-Medicine Master Health Coach evaluation form.

META-Medicine Ongoing Education

Ongoing training and advanced education is required either by (attending 3 webinars or the META-Medicine conference per year)

All META-Medicine Health Coaches are requirement to attend ongoing educational events. This standard has been enacted by IMMA for the advancement of our members and the profession as a whole.

Here are some ways to accumulate ongoing trainings:

• Attend at least 3 META-Medicine webinars annually
• Attend the annual META-Medicine Conference
• Submit a research article about an advancement in META-Medicine which is accepted for publication on IMMA website or other medical publications.

META-MEDICINE TRAINER STANDARDS

Become a META-Medicine trainer and teach cutting-edge mind-body-social consciousness healing models:

• META-Medicine® Trainer (MM-T)
  • META-Medicine Health Coaches after completing trainer’s training
  • Being able to deliver META-Medicine 2 day introductory seminars
• META-Medicine® Master Trainer (MM-MT)
  • META-Medicine Master Health Coaches and Trainers with extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosis and therapy incl. excellent presentation experience
  • Approved by at least 3 META-Medicine Master Trainers
  • Allowed to teach META-Medicine Certification Trainings

All trainees need to provide IMMA with proper documentation to be approved.

META-Medicine Trainer (MM-T)

A. Demonstration of ability to teach the basic concepts, skills and techniques of META-Medicine to the general public and to health professionals. META-Medicine Trainer are certified to teach 2-Day Introductory Trainings to health professionals.

B.  Requirements to be licensed by IMMA as a META-Medicine Trainer are:

• Completed Certification Training incl. client cases
• Participate in META-Medicine Trainer's Training (or equivalent)
• Comfortable and confident being a trainer
• Needs to have extensive practical experience as META-Medicine Health Coach
• Previous speaking experience
• Being approved by one Master Trainer and IMMA

META-Medicine master trainer offer on a regular basis trainer’s trainings worldwide.

META-Medicine Master Trainer (MM-MT)

A.  Demonstration of highest ability to teach advanced concepts, skills and techniques of META-Medicine to health professionals.

B. Requirements for META-Medicine Master Health Coaches and Trainers to apply for Master Trainer Certification:

• Extensive study and practice of the META-Medicine principless
• Prior presentation & teaching experience required
• Attends at least 3 Certification Trainings and teaches segments or parts of the training together with Master Trainers.
• Presents seminar at the annual META-Medicine conference
• Approval by at least 3 Master Trainers and IMMA
