9 major points of all dis-ease | Conflicts, stress and symptoms | Learn more ...
META-Medicine is based on the body-mind-spirit-social connection and integrative medicine and uses 10 core principles to redefine our understanding of dis-ease, healing and health process completely.

1. In META-Medicine, there is not only a mind-body connection, but actually a very precise organ-mind-brain-social connection. Each area of our brain corresponds to a specific organ (with it's set of unique symptoms) and a specific conflict or trauma and social behaviour.

2. Disease and healing are directly linked to our awareness of the world and our surroundings. Our body and her symptoms are a reflection of our consciousness and symptoms are wonderful "tools" to become more aware about ourselves as part of our journey of inner growth.
3. Significant emotional or traumatic experiences seem to precede illness. and trigger a reaction in our organism intended to help us better deal with this unexpected, very dramatic and intense emotional event. Our organism reacts with what we call 'dis-ease' and symptoms like cancer, eczema, diabetes etc.
What makes this core principle so powerful is the knowing that every Specific Emotional Conflict Content is directly linked to a specific organ and it's symptoms. For example:
- skin (epidermis, upper skin) is affected by a loss-of-contact
- bones are affected by self-devaluation
- breast (ducts) by a separation
- lungs (alveoli) by a fear-of-death
- etc.
4. Using computer brain tomography trained META-Medicine doctors confirm that every organ has a specific brain relay which has been mapped and charted through our brain relay diagnostics charts. For example, if a breast cancer (mammary gland) patient (symptoms in the right breast) would show marking in the corresponding brain relay in the cerebellum (see left large ring on image below). This amazing organ-brain connection verifies the interconnectedness of our system and therefore a trained META-Medicine Consultant can guide a patient through the healing process by looking at the central relay computer system in our organism - the brain.

5. All illnesses proceed through the major 9 points and phases. We distinguish between the 2 major phases (sympathetic and parasympathetic reaction) and major points like the start of a dis-ease process (2), the turrning point from stress to regeneration phase (4), the very important healing crisis (6) all the way back to normality and health.
If one principle stands out then it is this one. Just by understanding the "flow" or progression of a dis-ease, knowing how to "sort" symptoms into a timeline and understanding why symptoms appear in different phases but are actually connected to the same dis-ease, you will be able to transform your diagnosis, therapy and healing success tremendously.

6. Every organ and symptom reflects a deeper biological (evolutionary) and psychological (or spiritual) meaning. Symptoms are learning lessons, signals for healing and awareness. True healing happens through soul-utions - an inner and outer transformational process of increased awareness and higher consciousness.
7. Our organism has developed during it's evolutionary journey over millions of years very unique strategies to survive and evolve which ranges from the most primitive biological survival mechanism (old brain and organs respondible for basic survival) to the highly sophisticated organs (new brain or social interactive organs like eyes, language, outer skin).
Based on it's evolutionary development this principles tell us how an organ reacts under stress or during the regeneration phase. For example, a liver tumor will grow under stress, whereas the breast ducts will grow during the repair/regeneration phase. This knowledge is essential in a proper diagnosis and in designing an integrative therapy plan.
8. Microbes are not considered the enemies to be destroyed but rather important players in a big orchestra. Viruses, bacteria or funghi are biological helpers and and essential part of the healing process. Understanding the reason why microbes are active or passive will help us to not fear but integrative them in our patients healing process.
9. All healing is self-healing. As a health practitioner we can support the healing process. In META-Medicine we do not favour certain techniques, therapies or specialities. A META-Medicine Health Coach will look at all options and work with the patient to find the most effective path towards health. Integrating all modalities and therapies is good for health professionals and for patients.
10. Patients learn how to be knowledgeable and make intelligent decisions. Trusting symptoms, using them as a tool to learn about your emotions, thought, beliefs creates confidence and a willingness to take action and create a healthy lifestyle.

Biopsychosocial Diagnosis and Therapy
As a doctor, naturopath or therapist you will integrate the precise META-Medicine Diagnosis and Therapy Process in your practice and apply your current therapies more efficiently.
By knowing the cause and process of dis-ease and being able to explain the process with simple language so a patient can understand, will remove fears, increase the patient-therapist relationship and create intelligent patients willing to make lifestyle changes and work with the health professionals during the healing process.
Important META-Medicine qualities:
- meta
Means overdetermined, looking at the big picture, seeing things from a birds point of view.
- awareness and soul-utions
Awareness of the dis-ease and healing process creates soul-utions which is a multi-dimensional healing process combined with conscious action.
- integrative
All forms of medicine and healing from traditional, complementary to alternative are working together with a focus on self-healing.
- biopsychosocial
In diagnosis and therapy all aspects of a patient are considered.
- interdisciplinary
The overdetermined character allows all health professionals to integrative META-Medicine principles.
- independent and undogmatic
We are letting go of old or new dogmas, are open for improvements and change.
